HOW IT WORKS
Upon calling or emailing me, I will request that you send your court documents via email or you can physically mail them to my address if time allows. Upon receipt of documents I will invoice for the agreed upon price as well as small printing fees if applicable. Once the invoice is paid I will schedule the serve and keep you posted on each attempt. Although not common, if service is unsuccessful I will fill out a declaration of unsuccessful service that you can take to your lawyer or the court to request more time or request service by posting.

1st attempt made within 3 days. Three attempts will be made. After serving your legal documents we will provide you with a proof of service by first class mail.

Printing Fees

We charge .30 cents per page to print. Front & back is included in pricing.
Routine Service

If your legal documents do not need to be delivered in person, we can mail the documents and provide you with proof of service.

I will file the proof of service at the court for you. This service is only available for courts within a reasonable distance.
Rush Service

1st attempt made within 24 hours. Three attempts will be made. After serving your legal documents we will provide you with a proof of service by first class mail.

Difficult to Serve
$500
Recipients who are difficult to find and serve. This comes with 10 attempts to serve. First attempt within 48 hours. After serving your legal documents we will provide you with a proof of service by first class mail.
